AFN Wiesbaden Publicity Request Form

If you want us to be able to produce radio and television products that advertise your event, and provide adequate exposure of your event, we need to receive your request a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. After that, we will only be able to provide basic publicity (DJ announcements and Community Calendar).

Chartered by DoD Directive 5120.20, AFN Wiesbaden provides free television, Internet and radio advertising for all authorized DoD and command-sponsored organizations, activities and functions.

AFN Wiesbaden reserves the right to publicize events based upon their urgency, timeliness and importance to the community. All efforts will be made to give equal coverage to all command-sponsored organizations in accordance with pertinent DoD regulations and policies.
